Thus, I have decided to build the bridge that will carry these ideas, propagating Tagalog as a Second Language by self-publishing Bilingual Tagalog Books, and starting with Alphabet Books and eventually moving to short stories from the` home.”

My First Book of Animals (Ang Aking Unang Aklat ng mga Hayop) won the Children’s Picture Book: Softcover Non-Fiction category of The 2020 International Book Awards (IBA) on July 22, 2020.
Suzara-Cheng’s book was chosen over 2,000 entries from authors and well-known and independent publishers around the world. Among those publishers are Simon & Schuster, HarperCollins, Penguin Random House, John Wiley & Son, Palgrave Macmillan, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Thomas Nelson, Forge, Loyola Press, and Shambhala Publications.
