Scenes from the Fil-Am Day at the Veterans Park, Carson City

Updated: Nov 3, 2021

These photos are from Filipino-American Day 2021 celebration last October 23 (Saturday) at the Veterans Park in Carson City. The author met Fil-Am celebs, popular personalities who share her passion for Philippine heritage and teaching children, as well as wonderful friends both old and new.

We have another BOOK FAIR coming up on November 21 and December 18 at the Twila Reid Park in Anaheim, California. That's another chance to personally meet the author and talk about the kids (and books) that we love. More about that here: https://www.filam-ecograndma.com/post/visit-us-at-the-book-fair

Thank you to all those who came to visit and bought books for their kids. Let us continue supporting FilAm authors and publishers!

Still star-struck over famous FilAm Hollywood actress Princess Punzalan who shares my advocacy to teach Tagalog to our future generation.

Miss Philippines-USA Patricia Bianca Narvaez Tapia , a FilAm beauty-and-brains young woman;, she is a child advocate and can still speak Tagalog fluently.

Friends booth visit , thank you my dear friend and colleague Maya Suzuki Daniels for your support as always . Also , my gratitude to my sister from another mother Terry Calleja
